Third-party notices

What SPART-Desk's packages took from other projects, beyond their npm dependencies (whose licences ship in node_modules): each entry names the project, its licence and what was taken. Read it when you redistribute SPART-Desk or audit the licences it carries.

Microsoft WinAppCli (github.com/microsoft/WinAppCli)

MIT License. Copyright (c) Microsoft Corporation and Contributors.

Taken into the helper executable, rewritten for C# 5 on the .NET Framework:

  • the screen copied from its device context as a picture, refused without an input desktop (ScreenPicture.cs, after WinApp.UIAutomation/Capture/DesktopCapture.cs and the GDI capture of UiAutomationService.Screenshot.cs);
  • keys posted to the control with the keyboard focus in a window's thread, with the characters the keyboard posts after a key (WindowMessages.cs, post-keys, after WinApp.UIAutomation/Input/KeyboardInput.cs);
  • the order of the Windows Sandbox bootstrap: a read-only share with the agent and its connection material, the firewall rule created as SYSTEM before the agent listens, the client connected for the interactive session, the agent launched as the interactive user and retried while the session signs in (WinApp.Cli/ExecutionTargets/WindowsSandbox/WindowsSandboxBackend.cs).

PaddleOCR models (github.com/PaddlePaddle/PaddleOCR)

Apache License 2.0. The optional package @spartaficial/spart-desk-ocr-paddle (its README) ships PaddleOCR's PP-OCRv6 tiny and small models in ONNX, as PaddlePaddle publishes them on Hugging Face, unchanged. The licence text ships in that package as LICENSE-APACHE-2.0.txt and is at https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.

ONNX Runtime (github.com/microsoft/onnxruntime)

MIT License. Copyright (c) Microsoft Corporation.

The same package redistributes ONNX Runtime's Node.js binding and its native library for Windows x64 and Arm64, from the npm package onnxruntime-node, unchanged (LICENSE-ONNXRUNTIME.txt in the package). The MIT licence text:
